If not? Then please visit and search our support forum. If you find nothing there, then please post your issue.
Keep in mind, there are a lot more people that visit the forum. In most cases you will receive a quicker response to your question if posted in our forum compared to emailing me. I do have a part time job and a family so sometimes it is not possible for me to reply back to emails in a timely manner. I do try my best to respond to emails.

1/24/2010 UPDATE- The information on this page has changed. Effective now I am moving my email to my Burrows Solutions website email address. Over the last 6 years my UBCD4Win email address has been getting worse with spam emails. I will be closing my old UBCD4Win email address within the next 6 months.
