    My new toy! :crazyhappy:

    Yesterday i change a used xp athlon 3400 computer to this nice toy!

      Congratulations, very nice machine.

      Bought one last week, it got even better after starting to run a small tool to silent the fan.

          Also, a friend of mine mentioned that upgrading the RAM to 2Gb would cost little above 25 euros.

          I might do this upgrade soon because I'm using this Acer to run a lot of emulation and it's a bothersome to share so little RAM between the real and virtual machines until my big sized laptop returns from the factory (graphic card overheating)

            Those "netbooks" are pretty nice. I bought one for the wife about a month ago and she loves it. I went with an ASUS model with a 6 cell battery for longer battery life. I also liked the ASUS because it had the mouse buttons in the "normal" position, below the touch pad. I opted for the 10" LCD model too. Still a pretty good price to me considering the longer batter and bigger screen, $399.

            The ASUS doesn't seem to have the fan problem? I don't use it much and haven't noticed it being "loud", wife hasn't complained either.
