I am wondering if the fact that I used an SP3 slip is my problem and I should be using my original CD with SP2??
I tried building my ISO yesterday and got an Error 219 and build stopped. So I disabled NOD32 and reran the build. The build finished but I still got that error and this was at the end of the log:
Builder has stopped because there are 220 build errors
ISO image is not created, you must fix the errors!
Building done...
There where 220 errors and 1 warnings
Use the [<<] and [>>] buttons to jump to Error/Warning.
I did not use the back tab to fix as I didn't know how to fix or want to go through 220 fixes if I did.

The 220 errors only comes from using N-Lite on your source files.
This will never be supported, use source files with only the service pack slipstreamed.
Do not add any additional updates and stay away from N-Lite.
