Hi,
First, I have just discovered UBCD4WIN and I am totally thrilled with all it can do. Only a few days before, I spent many hours trying to retrieve a XP license key on a dead horse. This marvel lets you dot it in a couple of clicks !
However, I found a possible bug with the USB boot version that you can activate with the plugins. When you boot with a USB key, the Knoppix option is not present in the Grub menu although it does appear when you boot with the DVD version. Or did I miss something ?
Thanks

Some old plugin are prepared for CD only.
Add Knoppix to USB menu yourself.
Add Knoppix to USB menu yourself.
I wish I knew how to do it. I know I have to edit menu.lst and I am pretty sure I can cope with the "title" line but from there:
map --mem ?
map --hook ?
chainloader ?
rootnoverify ?
The menu.lst from the DVD version is no help since the knoppix item is not present either and seems to be taken from somewhere else.
Any hints ?
Thanks
