I purchased the UBCD4win online, was able to load it once, but was unable to launch any of the programs. So I tried to reboot, but all subsequent attempts have been unsuccessful.
I keep getting the message "No bootable devices."
The computer doesn't seem to recognize the CD at all.
My bios settings are correct, the boot sequence is set so the CD-DVD is at the top. My CD player is functioning all right, so it's not that. I can't figure it out. Please help!

Hi ti2009
There are no legal working copies of ubcd4win bootable CD's available . Get support from your supplier
You can get the CD containing the ubcd4winbuilder.exe program and some freeware & shareware utiltiies which are contained in a self extracting & installing archive program ubc4win350.exe,
(which is usefull if you do not have a broadband connection)
You need a legal copy of Windows XP or 2003 which the ubcd4win builder program turns into a Bootable UBCD4win CD (or DVD or USB memory stick)
NOTE ubcd (for dos) is a different project which does not contain Microsoft programs so it can be distributed as a working CD or ISO image
