I tried searching, but I can't seem to find specifically what I was looking for. Is there a way to ignore the build errors and force the app to make the ISO?
Thanks

Do not alter the Windows source files unless you want unexpected results. Altered Windows sources are not supported here and issues that arise from them are up to the user to find/fix
Plan A is always more effective when the device you are working on understands that Plan B involves either a large hammer or screwdriver....

You can open UBCD4WinBuilder.exe and press F5 to force building an ISO from the last build but this is a broken (read lazy) workaround for your problem and is not advised as it will most likely cause you more problems because there are some important build steps that never happened since the build didn't complete.
If you're afraid of taking any chances then the chances are great that you will never learn anything
