If by that you mean modifying the USB drive after building, no. I'm trying to avoid that. I have added /grub and /isolinux to the bcdw plugin but aside from that nothing else.

      Copy grub.exe to \Syslinux\.
      Adjust your boot loader plugin.

Copy grub.exe to \Syslinux\ manually once.
      Try the USB drive.

If this works, change your boot loader plugin: copy grub.exe to \Syslinux\.

That worked perfectly, though I don't know where to change the boot loader plugin. I assume you mean BCDW.ini where I specified grub4dos and syslinux?

          BCDW.INF

              One last question...

Due to an issue I'm having with grub4dos in UBCD for Dos, is it possible to load syslinux instead of grub4dos when launching UBCD5RC1 with this plugin?

Issue has been resolved, syslinux boot no longer needed.

More issues have come up using multiboot in general to boot UBCD5RC1, please see topic on their forum for more info and screenshots.

Has anyone tried pmagic or the avira rescue cd from UBCD while booted using BCDW? It seems this issue has nothing to do with USB, I can reproduce with burned media.
