    Hi everyone!

Well a virus made me take a crash course on malware removal

I downloaded the version 3.50 from three different mirror sites and everything went fine until I ran the HashCheck.exe after completing the automated install.

Even though it appeard that hashcheck was done as part of the auto install, the last message, while not completely clear, seemed to say that one must run it (again?) to validate the installation.

This is the error message I get when I do this.

    'input.inf, 939628628FC8B839E27071D100E4714B has been modified.'

I repeated the excrecise from a diffenrent mirror site and got exactly the same message.

Is my install OK or corrupt?

PS A big thanks to Matt at remove-malware.com for getting me this far... His Blog and Youtube pages are a lifesaver!!

Try building on a system that isn't already infected.
Plan A is always more effective when the device you are working on understands that Plan B involves either a large hammer or screwdriver....

Yeah, big thanks to matt.....since none of us know who he is?? I guess at least he is helping people too.
Just make sure you don't thank the UBCD4Win team (development, beta, etc.) because they didn't do anything for the past 5 1/2 years.
