 Extracting ubcd4 files..., How to?

I am using Win XP Home SP2, with NTFS file system. I am learning to build the cd. How do I extract the UBCD4Win files to the 'C:\pebuilder313' folder? How do I also extract the 'drivers download file into the C:\pebuilder313\drivers' folder? These files are .exe files not .zip files. I am following the instructions given on the site. Thanks.

They are self extracting archives. Just run them. A EULA screen will come up and then it will ask you where to extract the files to.
