With any of the password tools on WUBCD V2.1, is it possible to reset a lost administrator password in WinXP? If so which one and how do you do it?

You can use Sala's Password changer. It should be under Programs -> Salapasswd

Just out of curiosity, why do you use an NT command file to open the program instead of just pointing directly to the executable?

At the moment I can't remember?? (IMG:http://www.ubcd4win.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) I'm just checking things here quickly to see what is up. I'll check it out and then hopefully remember why.

I´ve finished my ubcd4win-cd correctly but i can´t find this Sala Password-Tool under Programs/Passwordtools on the cd.
Can anyone tell me where to find it. Or did i missed checking it when i was installing the Plugins with the Bard-PE-Builder?

Any suggestions?

In version 2.55 - you will find it here:

Password Tools
Password Renew

You should have a folder called Renew in the plugin folders, double check that it exists.
