Why are you placing your plugins in your Windows installation folder instead of the BartPE or UBCD4Win's plugin folder?... It appears you need to start over and I'd recommend that you read and follow the How To Build pages first... at this point it appears you are making your own assumptions instead of following directions.

Create a folder, name it j2re
from your system copy the folders
            j2re\bin
            j2re\lib
and paste them into the j2re folder

now copy or move the j2re.inf and the j2re_nu2menu.xml into the j2re folder
Now you have a complete j2re plugin
move the j2re folder into the ubcd4win\plugin folder

compare the j2re.inf (the list of files, make sure the names are correct=the ones you copied)

            there is no "ubcd4win\plugin folder"

There would be had you followed the How To Build instructions page... start over and first read http://www.ubcd4win.com/howto.htm

I've deleted your duplicate post on this subject... do not cross post your requests for help.

You are not making any sense...are you doing everything in the reverse?

                        1. Download the entire project file, it is 196MB, do not interrupt the download.
                        2. Run the installer by double clicking on it, DO NOT extract it., Let it do its stuff. Let it finish!
                        3. Start the UBCD4WinBuilder.exe

Do the above, then report back.

So your brand new plugin is now here?
                              UBCD4Win\plugin\j2re
containing the two folders bin and lib
and the two files j2re.inf and j2re_nu2menu.xml??

if so, have you checked that the files mentioned in the .inf corresponds to the files found in the bin and in the lib folder?
I ask this because you are using Java 1.5.10 and the plugin was originally made for 1.4.2 I believe.

If you have checked and all is allright, start your build by pressing Build button

                              ---

Just finished a build using jre1.5.0_11 and a slightly modified plugin without errors.

It didn't look like they matched up, but its hard to read the inf. If i pasted them to you could you make sure it would work?
