    Thank you ComPro!

    Wanted to quit last night after weeks of trying and failing. Woke up this morning and decided to give it one more go by following your instructions EXACTLY. Re-downloaded PEtoUSB, Windows 98SE boot files, GRUB4DOS and retrieved my old UBCD SP2 disk (previously I used a BartPE SP3). And it worked the first time. I finally have a 4G USB FAT32 flash drive that boots. TY TY TY. :lol:

        This guide is outdated. Try default UBCD4Win USB soluitons first.
