We've been working on a 3.11 release for the past few weeks and are pretty sure we have just about everything fixed up in the build. There are a few known issues with a few things but we haven't been able to find fixes for them yet.

As the title suggests this is a PRE-Release or what you could call a Public Release Candidate. Please do not download this version unless you will be using it immediately. I really think this will turn into the final release, but I want to make sure before I start spending the hours it takes me to upload to all mirrors and contact them. So if you do have time, please check it out and let us know if you find any problems with the build. We have worked hard to squash all bugs but it's always possible for us to miss some. As long as no major bugs are found, this will turn into the final release and be available from the mirrors tomorrow night.
