    Where can I find CD labels ? Those listed in this section seem to be no longer available.

    I wish I knew how to do it. I know I have to edit menu.lst and I am pretty sure I can cope with the "title" line but from there:

    map --mem ?
    map --hook ?
    chainloader ?
    rootnoverify ?

    The menu.lst from the DVD version is no help since the knoppix item is not present either and seems to be taken from somewhere else.

    Any hints ?
