Followed Instruction___What steps are necessary when building with a Dell CD?

Redone twice after every attempt that failed

Error Report is as follows:--

Cleanup temporarily files

Builder has stopped because there are 4 build errors

ISO image is not created, you must fix the errors!
Building done...
There where 4 errors and 1 warnings

I do not know what exactly meant " fix the error " though I redone

What steps are necessary when building with Recovery CD as Hp Laptop did not provide Windows Xp H O/S CD. But provides a way to create Recovery CD instead to reinstall OS.
