I downloaded it but haven't been able to get a working multiboot plugin made yet. I'll work on it more when I get home from work and let you know how it goes.

I'm not in the multiboot cd business so I really never cared to see if it works. It seems a large number of people do this. It's not possible to boot 2.0 from a multiboot cd without heavy modification. I'll have a fix for this in 2.1.

If you want to fix it yourself, from what I can see its looking for a cd with a label of "Parted Magic" in /etc/init.d/rcS (extracted from the initrd). If you change that to the name of your cd and change the "12" in count=12 to the length of your cd label you should be fine.

Cheers

Edit... Looks like tuxpwrd on the PartedMagic Forums said much the same thing and has far more detailed instructions for those who want to give it a go. biggrin.gif

Ah, that's why those lib/... files couldn't be found... Good to know... I do like how he has moved all the files into a sub-directory from root. That should make building multi-booting easier to set up...

I've added it ad used this line in my BCDW menu:

CODE
\pmagic\ISOLINUX.BIN; Parted Magic 2.0;;/pmagic/bzImage APPEND noapic initrd=/pmagic/initrd root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc ramdisk_size=200000 pmodules=/pmagic/pmodules squashfs=/pmagic/pmagic keymap=us liveusb vga=791 quiet toram
The LIVEUSB seems to work on a CDROM where the LIVECD does not.

CODE
; parted.inf
; PE Builder v3 plug-in INF file for Partedmagic 2.0

[Version]
Signature= "$Windows NT$"

[PEBuilder]
Name="790     PartEd Magic 2.0"
Enable=1
Help=

[WinntDirectories]
a="pmagic",2

[SourceDisksFolders]
; Put all files and subdir from the pmagic folder here
Files=a

Sounds like you guys are working hard on it. If it isn't possible ... that is fine ... but I will be waiting patiently to see if you guys can get a working copy of a plugin clapping.gif
