Mirror #9 says 3.12 as well and contains a zipped file

#10 isn't surprising but #9 concerns me since it's a strangely named zip. I haven't downloaded it to see what it really is, but I didn't think any mirrors were allowed to modify the file?

I downloaded v3.12 from #9, the zip and the unzipped file are of the same size, the hash checks out and it looks right when installing

Some servers will not allow an executable file to be stored in an uncompressed format and it is common to find zip packages instead.
The compression of the exe is better then expected so there is no size difference when contained in a compressed archive like .zip.
