How does one replace the the ubcd4win menu and shell (geoshell) with windows explorer and start menu (xpe)?

Has anyone been able to do this?

Ok, I'm going to try my hardest to not be a prick. I do not like being a prick and keep myself happy thinking about the positive emails I recieve from people who appreciate the project.

Now, you want to switch the shell to XPE?? I am not going to talk down on XPE, it is a very good shell and offers a lot of functionality. However, that functionality can cost you! Time! Maybe I am wrong here. I've honestly never tried XPE, but have read hundreds of posts, emails, etc. that XPE can be a pain to setup and to get to work properly. So that is why XPE is not included in the project.
