I'm French and I apologize for my english
I've discovered the software last week and I've built a bootable CD without any problem. When booting from the CD and using antivir, each time I got an error message about an available file. The solution was on this forum : modify profiles.inf
After that, I built the iso and burnt it again. The message has disappeared.

Yesterday, I wanted to add a plugin : savepart ( partition saving ). Pebuilder didn't find it in the list of plugins. I built the image ... but unable to work with the CD ( only some applications were available, no menu at the bottom of the screen with antivir, ... )

I've decided to do a complete installation
- copy i386 and files from Windows XP CD installation
- patch it with SP2 CD
- install pebuilder in f:\pebuilder
- remove plugin folder
- launch UCBD4Win241Full.exe
- create image file ( it seems me without problem )
- burn the image using Nero

When booting from CD, when I click on the icon and choose :
1) programs :
- accessories --> wordpad, calculator, paint
- system tools --> disk copy

2) system
- display resolution
- storage
...

and no menu with antivir, explorer, task management ...

Can someone help me ?

Sincerely.

I'm guessing this is an issue with peloader not being enabled by default (as a similar thing happens to me if I don't enable it). When you run pebuilder, make sure to enable the peloader 0.4 plugin and then it *should* work. Here's the thread about it: http://www.ubcd4win.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1466

I received an email right before this post. Pretty much the same question except he gave me a few more details:
QUOTE
- unzip pebuilder 3.1.3 into a folder F:\pebuilder
- remove plugin directory
- run UCBD4WinV241Full.exe ( files created into folder F:\pebuilder ). Folder plugin well created
- modify plugin\!profiles\profiles.inf ( see attached file )
- run Pebuilder with parameters : Source = F:\CDXP Custon = F:\Pebuilder   Output = BartPE    Create ISO file name F:\Pebuilder\pebuilder.iso
- file created

The first thing that caught my eye was:
QUOTE
Custon = F:\Pebuilder

So that is what I recommended he remove. I did receive a reply back and he reported it was now working.
