(NEWBIE ALERT) I am having a little problem creating the CD and I don't know if I have the correct forum , but here goes

I am getting the following error when trying to create the image:

Error: SetupDecompressOrCopyFile "C:\i386\wordpad.exe" to "C:\PEbuilder2\BartPE\i386\system32\wordpad.exe" returned error 5: Access is denied.

I have tried with two seperately built copies of my XP disk as well as from an I386 folder copied to my hard drive

Any ideas?

Try building in safe mode or disabling any antivirus software you have running.

That was't it, but I did discover the issue. I forgot my company uses a little #@#$%# program called Cisco Security Agent. For some reason, it blocked access to that one .exe file. I only discovered the issue because I placed myself in "interactive" mode which allows me to over ride the little beasty.

Being an admin does have it's benefits on occasion.
