So has anyone figured out USB boot?
I get the inaccessible boot device bsod (stop 0x0000007B) on my Dell GX 280. The ubcd4win CD works great and I can boot the box to DOS w/ the USB. It would be pretty nice though to use the USB stick.
I thought I read a discussion a few days ago somewhere about a couple files from Server 2003 that fixed this but I have been unable to re-locate.

Any help greatly appreciated.
