I can't find a buildISO section in the .inf file.

I tried to build the iso twice, same error.

Have successfully created and burned earlier version of UBCD4win

It looks like you either did extract all of the files correctly, or that you didn't start from scratch (meaning you tried to just overwrite files from a previously pebuilder with the new 3.1.3), or that you may have a corrupt download. I would suggest re-downloading everything and double checking the MD5, and then start completely from scratch with empty folders. Once you do that, please post back the results and we'll go from there. Thanks.

You were right; I deleted all folders, re installed 3.1.3, UBCD4Win, and the drivers and the .iso created properly....I then tried to create another iso using server 2003 (deleted and recreated the BartPE folder), and got the same errors. I originally was using 3.1.3, also...it appears that I need to start with new folders each time. Would be easier if I knew what file to delete, but that's not so bad.

Just so you know, most of the drivers in the drivers add-on are NOT compatible with Win 2003 Server due to many driver version conflicts. A few are 2003 only, while some have both XP and 2003, but most are just for XP. If you have an XP CD, I'd highly recommend using that, as there shouldn't be any problems there.

As for starting from scratch with each new UBCD4Win version (or Windows CD version), yes, that is usually needed as it's just easier that way to make sure there aren't any file conflicts. I hope that helps.
