I have used the Nero 5.5 Plugin for the WUBCD and it was fine. Now trying to use version 2.5 UBCD4Win and drivers 1.5. When booted with UBCD4Win and I start Nero I get the following error no matter which PC i try it on:

Nero - Burning Rom
An error using COM/OLE occurs. Please check the installation of COM on your computer.

I can take that same plugin folder on the same computer and use the older version of WUBCD (2.1 i think) and Nero will work.

I have tried many times to get Nero 6.x.x.x to work without luck. Not that i think it will fix it, but it was all I can think of. When I start Nero 6, the .bat runs but that is all.

If anyone has any idea what could be different between the 2 versions of UBCD4Win that the newer one gets an error the older one doesn't, I am willing to listen.

Sorry, didn't know there were so many. I am using which ever Nero Plug in comes with the default install. the top on the inf file is:

; nero.inf
; PE Builder v3 plug-in INF file for Nero Burning Rom 5.5.x and 6.x
; Created by Bart Lagerweij

OK, that helps - try my version which you can find HERE. Edit the menu .xml to place Nero where you want on your menu, and see if using this plugin helps.
