I want to change the attributes of some files on my Hard Drive, whenever i do this i get the popup screen that says 'apply changes to this folder and subfolders ........ ' and all that but nothing happens, and all attributes stay the same. Can someone tell me how to overcome this. regards. /SAF

Check to see if you have security permissions to be able to do that.

I am using the ubcd4win cd, i have the right on anything on the hd.....
