I copied the XP files to a hard drive and did the build from there. After burning the iso. file, I tried to boot from the CD and get the following message: The File iastor.sys could not be found, Press any key to continue. When you press a key the system needs to reboot. I have tried this process twice and still get the same message.

Any help is appreciated.

You are going to have to build again. This time enable the "Dell Fix" plugin before building.
