Hi

using UBCD4Win I experienced a problem on one machine: the LAN adpator was not recognized. I have the drivers on a CD but the question is: how can I install them?
when I go to the control pannel/hardware installation I get the error message: the system is already installing a device and only one installation is allowed at a time.

But which device is being installed ? I didn't asked anything! How can I stop this unwanted installation and try to install my lan adaptator ?

the lan driver is not an .exe file but a collection of files with a .inf file. This is why I need a proper installation process.

thanks

cyril

how can I install them?

you have to integrate your lan driver before building your cd.
what network-card is not working ?
can you give us a download link for you drivers ?

How did you add the drivers to your CD? Did you follow our instructions? What driver pack did you use? smile.gif
