I tried a few times to run the BPE tool to build my iso. When it gets to the removing existing hive files my PC locks everytime. I've alos noticed that there is a warning using Windows XP SP2 OEM. Is this program incompatible with the use of a OEM CD. I had copied the CD (folder I386) to my C: Drive.

Also I noticed there were no files in the Plugin list in PE Builder.

What AV software are you using.

You may need to exclude the folder you are building in from scanning or disable your AV software.

I had the same issue with Sophos and the exclusion option worked for me.
