Most likely this was caused by your antivirus program... read the FAQ about this on the main website.

Thank you but....
I have disabled my AV Program (Symantec Corporate AntiVirus) and still get an error.
Error: SetupDecompressOrCopyFile() "Z:\I386\FILES\HIDEEXEC.EXE" to "C:\pebuilder319\BartPE\I386\SYSTEM32\FILES\HIDEEXEC.EXE" 3: The system cannot find the path specified.
To me it is saying that it can't find HideExec.exe.
Am I wright in saying that it will not create the iso if there is errors in build?

Though you may have disabled Norton, there may be something else in the background that is still running and blocking that file from being copied over (thinking it's a virus when it's really not). I would suggest trying to build in Safe Mode after you've disabled everything.

Did you extract the UBCD4Win download again?? Or are you working from the original build that gave you the errors?
If you didn't extract again--- then the file has already been erased and you need to extract UBCD4Win again with your AV turned off.

I extracted again and it worked. Thank you.
