• HdHost V1.01 plugin

If not, then is it easy to add them to my own UBCD4Win for personal use?

DriveImage XML is already included in the project... the others were commercial apps so I'm not sure if others have tested them.

They can be added by you to the project, unfortunately these products can't be added into the downloadable project as only freeware software is permitted.

If the authors of the software granted Steel permission to freely distribute the full versions I'm sure they would be added, but as they are a commercial company I can't see that happening.
