I need to log into a computer running 3.0 (BTW, I've never tried this before with any UBCD4WIN. It's all new to me), and I got to the point where it asked for the username and password. So, what's the username and password?

The default network settings in UBCD4Win doen't allow that for security reasons... start up PeNetCfg in the Network area of the menu... enable sharing and assign your own password etc.
