Have you considered adding the freeware imaging program DriveImage XML. There is a BartPE plugin for this that can be downloaded from:-

This is in a CAB file that is added to "Add" buttom within PEBuilder and select the downloaded CAB file. Could this be adapted & added to the UBCD4Win project?

Err... have you even used the UBCD4Win or seen the List of Tools? It's already included. Thanks though.

The list of tools on the website hasn't been updated yet.. but the project itself does have one that is.
