i don't know what to do , iv'e tried everything to get it to see sp1a but keeps saying build unknown . even tried manual insert but that won't work either. sometimes i wonder if all this hassle is worth it, you would think something like this would be so simple but turns out to be a nightmare

Try downloading SP2 and see what happens.

I've just tested it out with V1.29 and it sees SP2 ok.

Yea, I would try the latest Autostreamer version. I would also use a download manager to download SP1a (or whatever SP) to make sure the download doens't get corrupted. Also, when you point it to the SP, always give it a min or so to fully recognize it. It doesn't necessarily recognize it instantly.

I tried to use Autostreamer 1.29 to add Windows XP sp2 to a XPsp1a installation disk. When it is done streaming the ending ISO is missing IUCTL.dl_. I tried both using the original disk and a local copy of xp. Both came out missing IUCTL.dl_. I found it missing IUCTL.dl_ when I tried to compile WUBCD version 2.1. I was able to add the file IUCTL.dl_ to my local copy of xp and it then compiled WUBCD 2.1 ok. I haven't had time to test the final CD yet though.
