Although this hasn't been a problem for me yet, I am wondering: What happens if I have two floppy drives and I boot UBCD4Win or plain Bart's PE??
Why don't I try it?? I have, but my Hard Drive contains an ext3 File System (Linux), and doesn't use the usual C: designation. My Floppy Drives are therefore: A: and C:. Ram Drive is B:. I have noticed, however, that my Second Floppy Drive light comes on whenever the Ram Disk is accessed.
Am I the only one to have this setup?? Am I the only one who has both a 3.5" FDD and a 5.25" FDD??
So I had an old system - 466 MHz P3 to be exact - and I didn't bother to remove the floppy drives. Why not?? Because I know too many people who have said that they have old files on 5.25" media that they'd like to be able to archive, but don't have such an old disk drive, that's why.
I guess this is just a curiosity question. No one need bother responding just on my account. This is just an open-ended question. Another question: Where DID the time go?? 12:07 AM. Ahh, bedtime in -2 Hours!!
G'night!!
