Ben (Steeltrepid) will have to get back to you on that one as he takes care of all of the orders. I'm sure if it wasn't accidentally lost during shipping, it was just because Ben was swamped and somehow misplaced that order. If that's the case, I'm sure he deeply apologizes for that. Sorry for the inconvenience. smile.gif

I'll be home from work in several hours, then I can check my records. When I process the "Check Out" orders I print out the label, package it up, and then click the "shipped" button on Google's site so the buyer gets an email notification from Google that the item has shipped.

Send me an email to verify the shipping address. I do recall a CD being sent back to me last month because of a bad address but am pretty sure the buyer responded back to my emails. Since it has been over 2 months now it's hard for me to remember exactly what may have happened. I wish you would have contacted me sooner.

Ok, after confirming the address I have modified the post and moved it back.

As the PM hilander sent you suggests, you really shouldn't post your address in a public forum. I suggested in my previous post that you email me, which honestly you should have done many weeks ago after not receiving your CD.

When receiving orders I do "copy and paste" the address given from a user to a label template I have made up and print it out. I do this to to improve accuracy because I could make a mistake reading and writing the address off my monitor or a postal worker could misread my handwriting.

There are always possibilities for human error and/or reporting errors from the payment services, I mention this because on a few rare occasions I haven't received emails from PayPal when orders have been placed. Luckily this only happens about twice a year and the purchaser has been very understanding. A little over a month ago I did step up my accountability a little. Now before I print an "order label sheet", I print it out on a plain piece of paper for my records. This helps me recognize if the problem was caused by me, PayPal, bad address, etc. It's just too bad I started doing this 2 weeks after your order was received. So I can't be sure of who is at blame, but am confident that it was me.

I apologize for the long story and wait. I try my best to help people and have no intentions of "screwing anyone over." While I just want to help people and provide the lowest possible price for CD's ordered from me, I have been thinking of doing a bit more. So, I am sorry for messing up and not shipping your order. I am honestly not sure what happened. I assure you though that I will get a CD shipped out to you tomorrow. Again, I am sorry.
