When I click on Build I get the error "Invalid Source Path (cannot find file c:\ubcd4win\i386\setupldr.bin)"
There is no i386 directory anywhere on my computer nor the file in question.
I copied my XP SP2 cd to the computer as instructed.
Any help will be much appreciated.

From your post it appears that you have copied the source into the build directory where the ubcd4win builder is? If so move your copy of WinXP and put it in a folder called WinXP say in C:\WinXP do not have it in the folder c:\ubcd4win

Having the source within the build directory can cause problems.

Also are you certain your CD is of XP and is not a recovery CD?

Does the file exist in your folder?

Hi KenR

your XP CD or recovery CD contains a folder \I386
so if you create c:\winxp and copy contents of xp cd to it c:\winxp\I386 folder should exist

do not just copy contents of folder \I386 on CD to c:\Winxp

pebuilder or ubcd4winbuilder can search your hard disk for the correct folder which would be
c:\winxp not c:\winxp\I386

Apparently the i386 dir did not copy the first time. I tried again and the build worked.

Thanks for your help!
