I found a way to get server 2003 to work with BCDW on a forum:

Using the cracked_SETUPLDR_1_.BIN.zip that is on that website I have managed to get past the corrupted NTLDR error and boot into PE.
Only thing I am curious of is if there is a way to automatically replace the SETUPLDR.BIN with the cracked one from there website automatically?

You can use "Ultra Iso" to add the patched setupldr.bin in your iso image of Windows 2003 and emulate it with "alcohol or daemon tools" ...

I was thinking more along of the "Plugin" for bart PE if possible so everyone can easily create it.

The next build scripts, when released, will address this issue directly without the need of an additional plugin. The scripts are currently in the alpha phase and will later be released to the beta testers. The time frame for release... when they are done...

It will be great to be able to use Windows 2003 instead of XP since some servers (Dell) do NOT include XP drivers for the Perc RAID cards.

you may find the Dell Perc Win 2000/2003 drivers will work with Bart PE /ubcd4win built with XP

I no longer have any Dell servers to test with as my employer went to HP / Compaq servers and old dell servers have been scrapped

I was hoping they would, but the ones that shipped with the unit would not work. There may be some older ones for XP, but I can't find them yet.
