Have no idea but found a review :
"Its file defragmentaion detection (analyzer) is inadequate-- found/indicated almost half the number of files as being fragged compared to two others and the analyzer is relatively slow-- gonna be quite a wait for a fuller disk. Directory counter is way low and the file counter is low. The Rescan Drives button does nothing. The only positive i see, is that it does defrag quickly."

So more like work in progress, it does take a very long time to scan a drive hopefully it can be developed to speed that up.
