Thanks for the update, but once again Johnnyg, that web file-hoster seems to block all United States access. This time, I used a proxy server through the Dominican Republic. This makes it very inconvenient, as I suspect most of the visitors here don't have access to proxy servers.
The solution, I would suggest is the following:
Some time ago, I wrote the admin/posted over at 911cd, and requested that the forum attachments feature be turned on. This makes plugins easily available without relying on someone else's site - which may or may not be working. I suggested maybe an attachment limit or perhaps 250kb-500kb, which would cover the majority of plugins (or other worthwhile programs/utilities). To my surprise, 911cd has a 2MB attachment limit. Kudos!
I suggest a similar feature here. Most attachments would be smaller than some of the larger ASCII posts

, and the attachments would often be smaller than some of these God-forsaken signatures I see from time to time. Imagine the bandwidth these alone take up!
Here's to hoping attachments will be turned on, and plugin/file utility hosting problems will be a thing of the past!
