Malwarebyte's Antimalware is not made to work from a PE enviroment which causes it to read area's it should be reading. This plugin will be removed in the next release unless the makers of MBAM address this type of issue.

You didn't completely follow the instructions in the Dell FAQ. You were suppose to install 'subinacl' and then copy its EXE file to the folder that you were working in.

The AV/AS programs are copied to the ram drive in order to work properly but the ram drive is limited in size... so after completing a scan with one, empty the ram drive and then scan with the next if you need to run more than one.

Avira will require the 2008 VC++ Runtime plugin so if you disabled it, then you will have issues.

When the latest version was released, it was under 700Mb when completely updated but since that time, the antivirus/antispyware databases have grown extensively which should explain the size issues. Considering most systems now have DVD drives, we recommend using these when possible because of that and other reasons.

UBCD4Win already includes Spybot which that page was mentioning... it doesn't not include Runalyze program which is what you were asking about. If you saw instructions for Runalyze, then follow those to create the plugin otherwise you will need to create one yourself but you would need to learn how to create a plugin... the basic info for that is found in the help files you have in the project folder
