    Leave everything at default values. Make sure the correct usb drive letter is selected then click "Go".

    You'll want to create the kicker image even if you don't burn it to cd because it'll also create a fast booting menu selection in your grub4dos boot menu called "PE-Boot (Compatibility Mode / Memory Mapped)".

    The drive letter to mount the image to doesn't matter, it's any available drive letter on your system that's temporarily used to mount the image to while files are copied to it, then it's unmounted. Again, keep everything at default values.
