Have you tried burning the ISO any other way??
Weird things can happen with any software, that's why the site recommends you use another burning application instead of the one built into PE Builder. Use other software and let us know how if that works. |

Make sure you are burning the ISO as an IMAGE, not a file.
In NERO choose recorder\burn image. >Have you added anthing that would make the ISO too large to fit on the CD? What size is your current ISO file? >Try using a different speed for burning. Try at 12x or 24x instead of max speed. >Are you sure the media you are using is good? I found that some of the MAXTOR COLLORS CD's (1 in 5) do not work & switched to another brand. Try burning any other data to a CD, just to make sure your drive did not bite the dust. |

Try burning the ISO with this tool.
BurnCDCC - http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/utilities.html The only thing it will do is burn ISO files so not much should go wrong. |

I've never had any problems with Nero and CD-RWs or DVD-RWs. :)
