I have the above referenced m/b. I see the Promise FastTrack 378 and SATA378 drivers in the drivers addon. I also see the VIA Raid drivers. I have a single SATA drive that is not detected by UBCD4Win.
I know everything is compiled properly (I forgot to add the drivers on first round and my Marvell Yukon NIC failed to start. I added the entire driver package and the Yukon is now operational on my second attempt at a bootable ISO) Is there a way to enable storage support manually from within UBCD4Win? |

Other than trying to manually add the correct drivers again before you build the CD, there's not much more you can do. I will look into the driver issue though and either get new ones and replace the old or try to fix the current ones in the drivers add-on. Thanks for the info. If all else fails, get the drivers with the TXTSETUP.OEM file on a disk and press F6 as the CD is booting up to be able to load the drivers that way (at least I think that sitll works...). As for the VIA ones, though I doubt you'll need those, are already completely up-to-date and ready in the current (0.5) release. Hopefully that will help. Thanks for the reply!
I have the driver disks from my original install. I'll try the F6 gambit this weekend. |
